::A bank that you can trust in just by talking to us! My customer advisor, quite young, Mr. J. Isenhöfer is an excellent banker. I have never felt so well looked after at the bank! There are no long discussions or attempts to “sell” anything here. Here problems are not waved away but rather tackled. Mr. Isenhöfer is a likeable and, above all, assertive employee who still acts for the benefit of the customer. No matter what concerns I have, he is always there for us! I FINALLY FOUND A BANK THAT ALSO GOES MY WAY WITH ME. 110% RECOMMENDED... P.S. Yes, I pay fees for the account! BUT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS EXCELLENT SERVICE AND, ABOVE ALL, IMPECCABLE SERVICE.
