::The infectious disease department needs 2 weeks to read 4 pages of documents and then refuses further treatment of an illness that is associated with acute pain, despite referral.

::After a 12-day stay at Lübeck University - including the first 24 hours in the emergency room - I unreservedly recommend this hospital! During this time, the entire UKSH team (doctors, nurses, nursing, cleaning and gastro service) concentrated individually on improving and recovering from my injury, taking my personal sensitivities into consideration and always exercising safety. Therefore, I am very grateful and would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much! It is important to me to say that the changing roommates also received excellent care. Ultimately, the focus was always on the well-being of the patients, regardless of what everyday life demanded of the UKSH team in the aggregate of all cases.

::Even in the intensive care unit for burn victims, the care was rude, incompetent and disrespectful. The patient himself is told next to nothing about what he is receiving and why. My partner was infected there with a hospital germ within 2 days. And even on the other stations everyone is rude and incompetent, no one introduces themselves or explains anything. The hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired. This hospital is a disgrace, especially since it is a university hospital. Not to mention the racism and unethical behavior of the employees.

::I can recommend the UKSH Campus Lübeck absolutely and without a guilty conscience! I spent 1 week there in January this year and 4 months from the end of March/beginning of April! (Due to Corona it had to be postponed in January, but since it wasn't that urgent it wasn't a problem) The operation steps were explained to me very well and what could happen was told directly and not through the flowers, exactly what would happen if I didn't have the operation! (Personally I think the direct way is much better) The doctors, nurses and other employees at UKSH HL are very nice and helpful, even if you have a bad day. Even after you are released, you will not be left out in the cold but will still receive support! I also think it's much quieter there than in other hospitals, the doctors and nurses don't notice when the hut is on fire! I would love to go to the hospital again!

::So great. Great doctors. Great care. Here you are in good hands and everyone is helped!
