::I've had my account with Degussa Bank for a good 20 years and have gotten used to inconsistent quality, but what this bank has been doing recently is just cheeky. For months the ATMs have only been working occasionally, and even when they do work you can't withdraw money, which happened in two branches today. Checking the account balance when withdrawing money has not been possible for over 2 months... I can no longer recommend this bank and am considering switching myself.

::Very disappointing that the opening times are not maintained online. You drive to the branch that is currently open according to the website and then stand in front of the locked door. Competitors did this better.
