Since I have an account at Frankfurter Sparkasse (and not at Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt) and moved to Mühlheim, I thought it would be easy. Not even close. Service desert Germany. And customer-oriented behavior is not particularly pronounced there. I'd rather go to Frankfurt.
