::There are very nice, competent and helpful staff here in the branch in Lahr and unfortunately there are also rude employees who are unsuitable for customer service and are unable to talk to the customer normally and objectively and take care of their concerns!!! Very sad, in my 15 years of membership with BBBank I have never experienced anything like this!!!!
