  Kauf eines gebrauchten Volvo S 90 in Karlsruhe. Besichtigung und Probefahrt problemlos. Wagen wurde hierfür aus Baden Baden geholt, da für mich Anfahrt zu weit. Verhandlungen zum Kauf im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen. Auslieferungstermin und Zusagen wurden eingehalten. Hierfür besonderen Dank an Herrn Schindler der alles souverän gemanagt hat

  Best at this place is that they do have almost all configuration variations on-site. Supporting staff is very friendly however the sales team is equipped with the disadvantage of relying on a very complicated and old sales software version. After we did the car configuration it took them almost 25min to calculate a price. This is not acceptable.

  I lost my V60 remote and I went to their office and order a spare key and I was told to be contacted in a few days. But they didn't. I went there again, and they said the same thing and they did the same: they didn't call again! It seems that there is a problem with their organization, because happening such thing twice is not acceptable.
