::Long wait at the barrier to the parking lot… Visited a patient on E4, the visiting team was still in the room, when they came out they were very friendly and nice. We chatted briefly. When I asked for a plaster for my burst blister, I was helped very quickly and courteously. Thanks to the very friendly and helpful doctor.

::By far the unfriendly staff I have met in medical facilities. The work in this area is certainly demanding and sometimes not easy, but you still have to pull yourself together when dealing with patients. It cannot be the case that you are treated like a log on your leg. If you can't work with people (and by that I mean if you can't even answer a question normally) then you might want to consider changing careers.
