::I wanted to thank the nurses from ward 4 again. They generously supported my mother until her death. They were always there for her and for us during the difficult times. They did everything for us. Thank you so much for that. Unfortunately, he is not independent these days.

::Station 4 has a super nice team on site, I was there for two nights because of a suspicion, both the early, late and night shifts are always in a good mood and are always there to help you! As soon as you had a request, the helpers took care of it immediately. Even when I needed help at night, the night tour informed the doctor in charge. She informed herself about my anamnesis and then came to my ward in my room and listened to me! I am completely satisfied and leave this hospital and ward 4 with good thoughts. God forbid, if something were to happen to me again, I would choose this hospital with these colleagues again. Many thanks to Station 4 and the team! You're doing great!

::My husband was hospitalized at the end of the year. The hygiene left a lot to be desired. He had to lie in his blood for 2 days, the bed linen was not changed and after the procedure he was given a packet of soup to eat. The toilet in the room (3 bed room) was not cleaned. Hygiene should be a top priority, especially in a hospital.

::Extremely upsetting experience in the ER this morning around 4am. The doors opened without issue, I walk in, desk boy greets me. Since I don't speak German, I asked if he spoke English and he shook his head no. So i said is there someone here that does? He shook his head again and began asking me questions in German. I was appalled, and repeated myself this time with a bit more power in my voice, "I dont speak German, so I need someone who can help me." Then I began explaining my ailments in English and showing how concerned I was about it and magically he spoke English and mocked me, "4 weeks you have had problems and you just are coming here now!" That was only the beginning... I proceded to wait in the waiting area before he brought me the patient form. After my documents were returned I said I will just wait outside, but the door was now locked! How bizarre for an ER to have locked doors! Anyway he said yea I guess you can wait outside if you want and released the lock. In about 20 minutes I re-entered and asked the door girl about how long it would be, 2 hours was her reply.. I am having trouble breathing at night! I would come by ambulance if I could afford it! So i saw a doctor walked by and asked if she could help me. She said I will be with you in a few minutes... Then door boy comes back over and starts demanding for me to go there, in the waiting room, he already ripped open the swab for testing bringing it towards me as he repeated that i must take a test right now before seeing the doctor. OKAY! But first of all??? Why did I not take a test upon arrival or at least show proof of negative (which he did not ask for!) Secondly! This door boy has been extremely rude to me the entire time and now he is coming at me strong and stabbing a stick in my nose without any caution and as a said stop it! and pulled back he continued to pursue the inside of my nose until I had to jerk myself away almost falling on the ground. I felt assaulted and violated. If you can't be kind to someone who is only coming to seek help in a difficult time, then why are you working in a healthcare facility? I proceeded to stay even though he was telling me to get out over and over, because I trusted that someone who was sympathetic towards unwell humans would come and offer to take the test instead. So then I went to record the person and asked for him to tell me why someone else could not come speak to me. The both of them hid their faces, so I said okay I am leaving. And the door boy refused to open the door now, until i tried to manually open it in terror and fear!! How could this be a sanctuary for the unwell? it was absolute terror in a very vulnerable time and still they refused to help me.
