  Agreements that were made in advance (e.g. rent waiver for the first month due to self-carried out renovation work) are not known later. Fortunately, it was recorded in writing, which WLB has "completely overlooked" according to its own statement. Previously they demanded the (unlawful) payment of the rent in such a way that I was scared. It is also not considered necessary to cancel agreed appointments.

  I am very satisfied with the administration, the employees are friendly, competent and helpful, the GF is also very easy to reach and always tries to find quick solutions.

  Dubious property management. When renting a flat, it is best to do everything in writing (!) - do not trust the "word" of the employees!
