  For more than twelve years we had a rented condominium in Magdeburg, which was managed by the company BTV. Over the years we had no problems, all problems were resolved quickly, and inquiries were answered within a very short time. There was always a friendly contact person! In a nutshell: Everything is great! I cannot understand the many negative reviews.

  The building we live in is sold. How did we find that out? By pure coincidence! Because we have a very pressing concern, where we are comforted with cheap excuses & no one sees himself as responsible. What if a roof damage due to a storm or even a fire? Then nobody sees it as responsible, because the past owner made all the decision-making powers and the contract of sale with the new owner of the building is prolonged. What's that about? Unacceptable such an incompetence! Either the past or directly the new owner should either still or now have to make decisions! Very easily. Quitter. Direct, personal contact is prevented from the outset, although it would be faster & more effective. Great. Thank you. I can only agree with the bad reviews, although it was a nice tone in the current case.

  Did not seem to be very professional to the staff, just wanted floor plan from apartment, got a crooked copy and illegible expression

  Unreliable, do not respond to problems, answer mails after two weeks. Do not care about anything. Worst landlord so far.
