  There is an employee in the Volksbank in Bad Berka, this person has a rude and arrogant demeanor towards the customer. On a polite question from me, he came to me really sloppy, arrogant and perky. I only know one thing, after this appearance I will change banks, because as a customer I don't have to accept that. If that person is dissatisfied with their job then they'd better quit and find something else. Even the one star is already too much for this branch. Even if you have apologized for it, but if I get the sloppy answer "I have lunch break now. Look through your mail" and I am not the only one who is dumped and postmarked like that, then you should think about whether one should continue the job or not. As an employee, you are a figurehead for the company and that is what makes the rounds. I can only recommend the people I met at the Volksbank in Kranichfeld, where my concerns were concerned.
