    Worst bank ever. No service! Not even the simplest of questions answered. And the hotline is crazy. Really not a good choice.

    Absolute disaster. I have been trying to deposit money at the machine for 4 days. I have to drive 20 km there every time. You ask the hotline whether the function is working again. After being thrown directly from the line several times, after having endured the queue for 10 minutes, or simply being put on mute so that you can no longer hear anything, or being put on hold and then simply diving. It is to despair. When you arrive at the machine, the deposit function is not possible. Technical difficulties. Again the odyssey on the hotline with constant being kicked out of the line. The call results in the following: This is the fault of the customers who always put paper clips in the machine. Might be. However, I was there today and the deposit function is finally possible. Put my money (without a paper clip) in the compartment and the machine counts and says "Error". I get a note that 0 euros were posted and my money ends up in nirvana. Another attempt to call the DKB. Again 4 throws out of the line in a row. 40 minutes that nobody gives me back. Finally someone from the technology department. I have to submit everything in writing again so that I can get my money. And how do I pay in the rest of the amount if the machine is always defective? The DKB's proposal: Find someone who is trustworthy and has a normal branch bank and pays the money for them and then transfers them to you. Huh? You mean someone who has a real service bank? Yes, thank you. Then I'll open an account there right away. Because withdrawing money worldwide for free is not only offered by the DKB. And I am happy to pay a fee for real service!
