  I can't understand why the VR Bank ATMs in Halle are out of order every day. It's more than just annoying and exhausting for the customer when you're in a hurry, want to withdraw money and the machine is out of order for the thousandth time! I can understand that this happens, but it happens all the time at a good VR Bank! Unfortunately not only in this branch but also at the machines on the market square! It has often happened to me that the machines at both locations were out of order. That should finally be managed, otherwise there is the (more reliable) competition!

  Excessive fees for doing everything yourself in online banking. Advice on home financing was also anything but good.

  I had a savings contract with this bank. This was terminated without me being informed. Several talks unsuccessful. I'm disappointed and angry. Only statement, my bank would be to blame and not her.

  My opinion: no customer orientation. More and more and excessive fees. No willingness to talk. E-mails and faxes remain unanswered. Assured recall does not occur. For me as a member of the cooperative for decades an unacceptable behavior. I feel like you want to get rid of me or get ready. My advice to all readers who are at VR Bank Hof: NOTHING HOW TO GET OFF! There are cheaper SERIOUS banks locally and over the internet with much better service. The advertising slogans of VR Bank sound good, but I evaluate as meaningless words. The reality shows me in any case different! One of my former bosses once said: "Banks lend umbrellas in the sunshine and when it starts to drizzle, they want them back!" Updating my opinion, my impressions and my experiences with VR Bank: I feel the behavior of the VR Bank in dealing with me as a pure harassment. For decades, I was welcome fee payers. Now that I have to juggle financially, there's no sign of "We're there for you" and "VR Bank - the right decision". On the contrary. Now, in the "final processing", the VR Bank is characterized by long processing times and poor service. The height of non-customer behavior: I was offered the option of contacting a lawyer.
