::Meine Eltern haben seit 2012 ein Konto bei DB. Seit 2019 sind sie nicht mehr in Deutschland, weil sie in einem anderen Land leben, wegen der Quarantäne nicht kommen können, aber Geld abheben möchten. Weder sie noch wir können dies tun, auch nicht mit einer Vollmacht. Uns wird ständig der Zugriff auf das Konto verweigert, und selbst als wir gebeten haben, eine E-Mail mit einem neuen Aktivierungscode an ihre Adresse zu senden, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie persönlich nach Plauen kommen und beweisen müssen, dass sie es sind .Obwohl die Grenzen noch geschlossen sind. Wenn wir wüssten, dass dies der Fall ist, würden wir kein Konto bei einer Deutsche Bank eröffnen

::Customer for over 30 years. I am deeply disappointed with Deutsche Bank's business conduct. An additional custody fee agreement was sent to me in a letter and threatened if I did not sign by 9/8/21 the business relationship would not be continued. What kind of time do we live in? Even in a personal conversation looking for alternatives with the manager of the DB branch in Plauen, the result was no different. Apparently I am no longer of interest to Deutsche Bank with just one checking account. You could also invest your money in other financial products with a little more risk was the tenor of the conversation. And by the way, the other banks do it too ... This conversation made me very pensive as to whether my hard-earned money that I am saving for my retirement is still properly invested and kept at Deutsche Bank. It is a pity that in terms of individual customer service like others slips into mediocrity and does not consider customer interests in any way and allow them to flow into the decision. There have been much better times.

::Catastrophe! I had a jubilee account set up ... I've been waiting for the card for months ... because I need it for my apprenticeship ... I've called there a number of times and are told every time someone would contact me ... so far nothing came .. I'm really more than dissatisfied.
