  The bank not only impresses with excellent service, but also with a wonderful atmosphere. Every visit is a pleasant experience. Particularly worth mentioning is the exemplary accessibility, which shows that the bank is accessible to everyone. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

  The service is good. But getting an appointment with a consultant is not that easy. I don't understand why VolksBank still has a very strict FFP2 mask wearing requirement. It's not customer friendly. Too far ahead or behind in that regard.

  Since I had problems with my bank card, I contacted my branch in Lüneburg. First I had a nice lady on the phone, but she couldn't help me 100%. She promised to send me a callback request to my responsible advisor. I had already prepared myself for a wait of 2-3 days when the requested call back from Ms. Hodzic came just a few minutes later. Ms. Hodzic helped me a lot with her competent and friendly advice and tips. I always thought that only business customers were helped so quickly, but today I was proven wrong. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! Wish you a nice Christmas time and stay healthy 😷

  The ATM of this bank might be a Nightmare for tourists on weekends. The ATM retains your card, apparently for security reasons, even without previous problems such wrong pin, no cash or problems with your bank. The bank does not work at weekends, so you must continue your trip without money and start thinking in getting a new one.
