::Their customer service is not very helpful and not friendly at all. I went to your branch on 08/12/21 and wanted to exchange foreign currency for euros. I was served by Mr Schmidt who said that I would have the money in my account in a few days. Six days have now passed, and I wrote to customer service via my Internet bank, unfortunately no response. That's why I visited Mr Schmidt again today, who looked very angry and annoyed. He told me that he has only ordered a transport for tomorrow (15 / 12-21) and that I will probably get the money on 17 / 12-21. According to him, a few days is more than a week! I should spend the money on 16 / 12-21, where I have an appointment. I pay a fixed monthly fee for an account with Sparekasse Wedel and such poor customer service 👎🏻 I cannot recommend this bank.

::More of a rating of the staff member who “served” me than a rating of the company or the branch, but the staff do represent their employer after all. Firstly, as I waited in front of the seemingly empty Kasse, I did wonder if perhaps it was closed. As I was about to ask at a different desk, a lady appeared from around the corner. Oh good, she will see me and serve me… but no, the lady informed me that she would make a telephone call. She stood on her side of the glass, ignoring me, and proceeded to make a telephone call (something about the air-con not working properly). She seemed disappointed that I was was still there. I asked to change money, she said I couldn’t unless I had an account with them (not what the Haspa website says). She didn’t offer any further info and had disappeared around her corner again before I could wish her good day. Summary: Unfriendly, unhelpful.

::I did my internship here when I was at school. All employees were competent and reliable. The ambience is very nice and open. The account management fees have remained relatively the same, but because of that the criticized increase in special items, a problem that is hardly a problem with online banking in particular. I am very happy with this bank. Nevertheless, you look for interest here, as everywhere in vain, until you want to have a loan (apart from shares or the like, which I would rather invest outside of the bank).
