::As a financing broker, I had an application for interim financing rejected an impressive three times. First of all, because VoBa supposedly doesn't do any interim financing, but does offer it. I was then allowed to submit the application again. The second time, the customers' pension income was not sufficient, and the financing period would not have fallen into the customers' retirement phase at all. After these concerns had been refuted, the bank noticed that the properties to be mortgaged were not in the bank's business area. At this point, the information was available to the processor for the third time. Either you don't feel like financing here or you work very sloppily.
