  Change bank after 20 years! It is enough. With the departure of experienced staff, this is no longer sustainable. The successors apparently have no idea about their work. And also so arrogant! So now 4 customers and 8 accounts lost. And if someone asks me: I will advise against the club! Every other bank has a moving service and they take care of everything for you. So, no fear.

  Impossible, no opening hours that are appropriate for workers 😠 you can also do certain things by phone Rules 6:05 p.m. They call outside of our business hours I'm sick, should I take a day off now to transfer money!

  very poor service, refuse to exchange money for foreign customers, offer no alternatives, very arrogant demeanor!
