  Very poor customer service, if you want something from the employees at the counter they always say "we can't do that here". But otherwise have every move paid for. The best thing to do is to change your savings bank/bank.

  Extremely competent, patient and friendly advisors. Thanks to such advisors, I am still at the LzO. It's very rare to get customer service like this anymore, with a smile on your face and an honest "you're welcome." Thank you very much

  One employee was extremely rude and had been so often. The first few times I ignored it because I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but it just keeps getting naughtier and naughtier. Never again! I'd rather go to another bank. I will NEVER recommend this service!
