  I've asked for a call back 6 times and I've never been called back. No matter how many times you call, every time the advisor is in a conversation but doesn't manage to get back to you. If you're overwhelmed and don't have time for your clients, you might want to refer that client to another advisor. Totally dubious and unusable. No matter what it is, I would stay away from this bank.

  If they could get their ATMs under control, they would work for a long time. This actually can't be that difficult.

  The constant new apps thing is really ridiculous. Every time you have to go to the bank. It's starting to get annoying. Then you always have to wait 2-3 days until you can use it again!

  In my opinion, Volksbank Bösel is simply great, especially Ms. Preuth, who is there to help me with all my questions and doesn't hesitate to call herself and tell me what would be better, considering that I'm now in Würzburg I live and no longer in Bösel. Keep it up. Best regards Sergius Wagner
