This is the second time you drive to the branch and it's just closed at short notice and you can't see it online. So you can spend an hour driving around pointlessly for nothing. ::I got to know this branch on the occasion of my late brother's estate matters. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Completely uncomplicated and very human. I found the conversations with the customer advisor, Mr. Wolfgang Schmidt, extremely pleasant. He was able to respond to my concerns and needs without any problems and acted seriously and competently, but without any arrogance towards the customer. Cheers! Matters were explained in every way appropriately and understandably, so that even I, as a layperson in financial matters, had no problems following. This is how I imagine professional customer advice in a bank. Bravo! In my opinion, I can only warmly recommend this branch.

::The last of its kind within a 20km radius. I have to say the friendliness and service are really great. The employee was very nice. I think it's a shame that Postbank is now just a branch of the big Deutsche Bank. Unfortunately, Deutsche Bank is closing more and more branches and branches - which is very annoying in rural areas. More and more routes, only service on the telephone or on the Internet, which unfortunately lags behind in rural areas.
