::I have known the clinic for many years and have had to visit it several times as a patient. The staff (whether doctors, nurses, etc.) are super nice and make the patient feel like they are in good hands. I can't comment on the rooms as I've never been there as an inpatient. Parking is available in front of the clinic and is not chargeable. A lot of time is taken for the anamnesis, which is very commendable. There is absolutely no comparison to a dermatologist/allergist practicing nearby. There are procedures...they are bad and as soon as you criticize them, you are rejected as a patient. The clinic's fee schedule...well. Everything is written out in large letters and you have to sign everything. But in terms of effectiveness, you can't get more or less than you would with a dermatologist/allergist in private practice. Whether that was worth the fees... I doubt it. I was also able to get to know the clinic professionally. So some people should practice a lot more when it comes to friendliness! And especially when it comes to certain procedures, such as instruction slips, transport slips, etc. Because the health insurance companies do not always cover this for every health insurance patient. And not every substitute doctor shouts: "Yay, I'll turn everything off!" So please inform yourself correctly and don't tell potential patients the blue of the sky. And there were even more things that stood out from a professional perspective. But I still wish the clinic continued success.

::Thank you for the good treatment during your 2 week stay. The whole staff is really friendly and motivated, the food in the kitchen is super good and varied and cannot be compared to hospital food and you have the opportunity to research the causes a little deeper through discussions with nutritional counselors and psychologists. I don't know of a better skin clinic.
