  I had to have a small operation, and I can only give 5 stars for everyone in this department - from the nurses, to the doctors, to the anesthesiologist - everyone was very kind and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. I had some difficulties, because my German is still not perfect, but most of them explained to me in English/Croatian if necessary. I can't say the same about the gynecology department - an examination that I didn't even need - the lady at the reception was very kind, but doctor was pure horror - questions that I didn't fully understand were not explained to me - the examination was carried out without explanation, putting metal rods in me (not scary at all), although I complained about discomfort and pain, I was completely ignored. I can't even imagine someone in my position who really needs emergency help, needs a gynecological examination and has to deal with such an unkind, unprofessional and heartless doctor.

  I have been here in this hospital a few times. I had my knee done in 2016 . All went well , except for the physiotherapist. She was impatient and did not at tell me what I have to do after the operation. All she told me was , you have to walk from your bed to the window outside. No explanation whatsoever. Whilst I'm in pain, she took the wheelchair and told me to sit on it and brought me back to my room. That was that . Otherwise, my experience at your hospital was pleasant , like in mammography department, they were so friendly. I even thought of bringing some flowers just to thank them, most especially the lady at the office, I can remember her name. From the reception, they rang her and I was sent to her. She made me feel at ease. I was having a little problem about my CD from my last mammogram test , they did not want to send it to me but I need it desperately for I was about another mammogram test. Anyway, I went back to this lady in the office and right there and then she called them and explain to them that I must have my CD results in January. Within the next two days my CD arrived in time for my next mammogram test ( the second that year ) it was a scare. That lady was precious. The new part of the hospital is beautiful. I like the entrance. It's clean. Friendly staff at the entrance. Of course because of Corona , they were strict , but , friendly. Thank you.

  My ex husband and I were stationed in Germany with the Army in 1999. We had a baby girl while we were stationed there in this hospital. She has her abroad birth certificate and nowhere on there is a time that she was born. For many years she has wanted to know the exact time she was born and nobody will help me. It's something so simple that could mean the world to her.

  Had my baby son here. Other than the fact that A.Cs were not allowed to be turned on because of Covid, the experience went very well. Nurses were extremely nice and helpful and i would totally recommend it!
