  On November 27th, 2020 I ordered 2 Sonos SLs. I wanted to give them away as a Christmas present. 4 weeks later, they have still not been delivered ... so there was no Christmas present. Next time I would order from Amazon again, they can at least deliver in time.

  Not a trustworthy company. I only received half my order and I am trying for four weeks already to see how get the other half. The customer service is very unhelpful, essentially seems not to care once you paid. Definitely will not use them again and want to warn others.

  I am an Amazon client and I buy every week since 2017. I've never had any kind of problem at this level. This is the first time I'm buying from Tink and it will be the last. After weeks, I went to ask what happened and they said that I refused my products, and if I still want them, in a non polite way. Then another person communicates with me saying that everything will be fine. After several days, you started to communicate with me. Not only they sent it to the wrong address, but they left the products that cost a lot of money, outside the apartment, on the floor. I'm working from home, receiving all the products from all the other stores and you're telling me that I refused again..... I've never worked with such a disorganized company. I am extremely disappointed. I've never been so stressed because of a purchase. I want this absurd situation to come to an end. Still waiting for my products
