  Please send the Microsoft guy at the laptopsection to a product and sales course. Not only was he completely clueless on anything past the superficial specs of a laptop, he didn't even manage to offer us a solution to replace his initial crappy proposal. We wasted 1,5 hours of our time and bought the pc elsewhere.

  Bought a laptop in a different saturn store yesterday, went home and the screen only gave me flickers. Called saturn alexanderplatz because its closest to me as i went to the different saturn store for my laptop because they were the only store that had it in stock. Guy on the phone was very nice, told me its a broken laptop and not to touch it anymore right off the bat. He then offered me to come back today to get a different kind of laptop, since the one i bought is not good manufacturer-wise. The one i will get later today is cheaper than the one i have right now but better so i really appreciate his honesty. He also gave me a 10 Euro discount and even went out of his way to reserve the laptop i will get because it was the last exemplar. (Usually they dont do reservations) I am kind of sad because the laptop i got that has issues is prettier than the other one but at the end of the day both are fine. Thank you very much. I also buy my headphones from saturn whenever i need new ones.
