::I was in this store earlier this week and wanted a quote for a new landline and cell phone contract. I was asked to come back two days later when the boss was back on site. 2 days later I received very friendly care. I was honestly told that I was well looked after with the landline, including in terms of price, and a new mobile phone contract was concluded that was tailored to my needs. I am more than satisfied and would recommend the support and service at any time. Gladly again!

::Absolute chaos store! No advice tailored to your needs, no communication with each other, the temporary help (alone on a Saturday, where experience has shown that there is always a lot going on!) is not even able to find the right service numbers, so you are busy for days trying to get a simple service yourself take care of it - even though it could have been done in the store within 5 minutes. A prime example of Germany's service desert!!!
