::Very unfriendly lady. Unfortunately, I was forced to pick up my package at this branch, so I thought I would hand my package over there as well. The first thing I was told was not to take packages/package stickers. (At home I still thought that it would pass as a parcel S and not as a maxi letter.) Well, okay, it never bothered anyone else but I thought “I learned something again”. Then I said BEFORE handing over the package that I would have to take a picture if it was stamped. That was nicely ignored. When she was about to put the stamped package away, I said again I needed a picture. The answer was: "No, once it has been handed over to the post office, there are no pictures." You could have said that beforehand and I would have loved to take it somewhere else. So in the last 10 years since I've been doing this, it's never bothered anyone. In any case, I won't be bringing anything there anymore and I hope I won't have to go there anymore because there's a package there for me. The sound makes the music and it's been a long time since I left a store and felt so upset about a person. And the lady apparently still owns the shop... crazy.

::Sometimes the package is 5mm too long, sometimes there is too much adhesive tape. The other time the package is too small or the bulky goods package (31.5 kg) is too heavy at 21kg. If you drop the package off somewhere else, there won't be any problems. Customer service and friendliness is something else. Who is the service provider, the Postshop or the customer..!!???? The predecessors were the complete opposite. I'm going to Roth from now on, the shop is a disgrace....One star is still too much, unfortunately you can't give less

::I am completely satisfied with post office 531 in Susi's small shop. She is always friendly and my packages are in good hands there ☺️ as a former city dweller you have to get used to the opening times 😅 but that's ok 👍
