  Absolutely grottoes bad service, employees do not adhere to the currently applicable regulations and do not pay attention to it in the anteroom. Unfortunately, only the unfriendly employees were apparently taken over during the last job cuts and branch closings.

  I only give 4 stars because there was no coin machine from a new bank I would have expected more

  Why can not you give away beer stars? In times of negative interest rates this should also be possible. I can only recommend to always take a lawyer. My confidence in the bank (advisor) is almost zero.

  I terminated a 10-year loan agreement in 2009 4 years before expiration and knew that I would have to pay a prepayment penalty. In order to know the altitude, I called before and got an amount of 3.800 Euro called. At my request, I was assured that it will never be more than 5,000 euros. Unfortunately, it was 7,500 euros and I could not resist, because I had nothing written. I've learned: Oral statements are nothing in this bank. Since then, unfortunately, I also annoy all trustworthy people with written documents. That will never happen to me again.
