  We have been successfully looked after by our Deutsche-Bank advisor, Mr. Arth, in the Wedel branch for years and are absolutely satisfied with the advice and the results achieved. Mr. Arth has the ability to convey complex issues very well, so that the problem can be grasped well and decisions can be made without feeling insecure. What always strikes me positively is the very pleasant interpersonal interaction, which is not just about signing contracts and business matters.

  I have been a customer of the branch in Wedel for more than 30 years. And although I have not lived in Hamburg for a long time - since 1997 - but more than 450 km away today, I have remained a loyal customer of this branch. Why? Quite simply: perfect service and a VERY personal and friendly contact with the employees. Ms. Greif deserves particular mention here, who has been supporting me for many years at all times and with every concern! So! you really want banking today - and not just as an advertising promise on TV ...

  The service has become better again, friendly and accommodating. Very helpful in setting up my online access. I have calculated an offer for a installment loan. They can compete with internet offers. I have decided for the offer in the store. Was processed quickly and paid.
