  First something positive. The employees are all nice and friendly. What is not possible is that the machines are often out of order, this morning both were again. I wasn't the only one who wasn't thrilled. Very annoying. The opening times aren't particularly customer-friendly either. Sometimes you wonder why you pay so much account management fees when neither the machine nor employees are available.

  Every time, the funds here are only booked at the last second of the day. In other savings banks, bookings are made diligently from 11 a.m. Here you wait in vain all day and with a lot of luck you get your money at 5 p.m. But often not until the next day, of course not until late in the afternoon. In the mornings, people probably drink coffee in this branch and do nothing

  Absolutely dirty shop, and customer friendliness to die for. Overdrafts will be canceled without any consultation. And in a sneaky way, they even collect basic security. Even though I have been a customer for almost 40 years. I can only advise everyone to get away from this bank. And in exactly this way, the former Berghof was driven into ruin.
