::First something positive. The employees are all nice and friendly. What is not possible is that the machines are often out of order, this morning both were again. I wasn't the only one who wasn't thrilled. Very annoying. The opening times aren't particularly customer-friendly either. Sometimes you wonder why you pay so much account management fees when neither the machine nor employees are available.

In other savings banks, bookings are made diligently from 11 a.m. Here you wait in vain all day and with a lot of luck you get your money at 5 p.m. But often not until the next day, of course not until late in the afternoon.
