  First of all, the positive thing is that when I've been there during opening hours, the employees have always been friendly. Everything you notice while waiting is also okay. But the service in the lobby at the self-service machines is really bad. It happens at regular intervals that the ATMs are out of service or there is no paper in the transfer and account statement printers. Things usually get really bad at the end/beginning of the month. It is noticeable that it often occurs on weekends. Maybe the machines won't be checked again before the weekend. This definitely needs improvement.

  Unfriendly, snooty and unhelpful Ms. Müller, you shouldn't let people like that interact with older people when dealing with customers. Impossible, this woman!!!

  A savings bank with very bad staff. If you have a problem, they don't look for a solution but rather scare away the customers. Machines are often defective! If instead of the savings bank there was a shop that only sold toilet paper in the building, it would be a better investment for the whole of Klein-Auheim. Very dissatisfied. No recommendation

  Machines and printers are not maintained! This morning both machines were broken. That's why I missed my S Bahn and had to go to another savings bank. A disaster for old people who can't get their money. Nowhere else are there as many defects as in this branch, thank you for the great service!
