::So far I have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with Ms. Strotmann today. She didn't want to help any further and very persistently and aggressively refused to provide the service that I was used to from the savings bank. Whatever the reason, the Sparkasse am Ostwall provided very competent and friendly assistance. Based on today's experience, Ms. Stromann should not have any customer contact.
