  So far I have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with Ms. Strotmann today. She didn't want to help any further and very persistently and aggressively refused to provide the service that I was used to from the savings bank. Whatever the reason, the Sparkasse am Ostwall provided very competent and friendly assistance. Based on today's experience, Ms. Stromann should not have any customer contact.

  Many thanks to Mr. Wiefels (Traar branch) for his always competent advice. Despite his young age, I consider Mr. Wiefels to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to investment advice and all aspects of the stock market. He always gives you the feeling that he is convinced of what he is suggesting. He also doesn't shy away from voicing his concerns and pointing out grievances/needs for improvement to the customer. I hope that Mr. Wiefels' potential will also be taken into account within the Sparkasse. Thank you very much 🙏🏼

  Everyone is very friendly, you immediately feel like you are in good hands and are given honest and competent advice. There is a suggested solution for every concern and there is a very personal and pleasant atmosphere. The customer service is absolutely top! Mr. Hagedorn in particular is highly recommended as a consultant!
