::Do not open an account in this bank, it is an absolute disaster. Any attempt to do something here turns into the endless "make an appointment - wait one week - we cannot do anything" cycle. The overall impression is that this place is still in the 1970s in terms of technical advance and service. Needless to say that online services and support are terrible, as a consequence.

::Verstohlene Bankgebührenerhöhung ohne Zusatz-Leistungen. In allen Geschäftsstellen sind die SB-Automaten in der dunkelsten Ecke aufgestellt und außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht beleuchtet. "Sparkasse" ist nicht mehr die richtige Firmenbezeichnung.

::I was in your branch on January 29th, 2021 at around 4 p.m. because I had problems with online banking. I went to an information desk and asked for help. The lady was very nice and helpful. I set up my online banking on my mobile phone in the Fiiale, in case I still need help. Suddenly the lady from the information desk got up and said I should leave the building because it's Corona time. But it wasn't busy, just three counters were occupied. I kindly explained my problem to her and that I am still there if I still need help. The lady replied "we have helped them enough, so get out" in a very harsh tone. I think this is not customer oriented behavior and I am completely appalled by this treatment. Since I am also a customer of other banks, the idea is to leave the Sparkasse as a customer. I will send my incident to the board of directors and management in a more detailed, written presentation. Horrified
