Therefore the rating has been revised upwards to two stars. However, this was not communicated by the bank. It would be a lot easier if you could reach your bank's processor directly by telephone. Central accessibility via a telephone number is often a hindrance.

::I went to the branch for advice for the first time today and almost wanted to leave after I accidentally noticed how unfriendly the employee at the counter was treating an older woman. ::I was in the branch today, Yes, the parking situation isn't ideal, but that's just how it is in the city. You can't want everything. I can't want to reach everything on foot but then complain when I have to walk there from the car. But that is now common practice in DE. Wanting everything and not having to do anything for it. I was thrilled with the service, super nice lady at the counter who was able to help competently and quickly. So keep it up!
