::Had a very bad experience with follow-up financing. After 10 years extension of the annuity loan. This requires all documents to be submitted again. The bank then misplaced the submitted and signed loan agreement. AFTER the payment, the rented property should be viewed, even though the loan has almost been paid off and 2/3 of the remaining loan agreement is in fixed-term deposit at the bank. 04/30/24 - Update: According to information from the commissioned company, the inspection is required by law. Therefore the rating has been revised upwards to two stars. However, this was not communicated by the bank. It would be a lot easier if you could reach your bank's processor directly by telephone. Central accessibility via a telephone number is often a hindrance.

::I went to the branch for advice for the first time today and almost wanted to leave after I accidentally noticed how unfriendly the employee at the counter was treating an older woman. Fortunately, shortly afterwards I personally experienced the exact opposite in my appointment with Ms. Pröhl: I received very friendly and, above all, competent advice from her, so I have now officially become a customer. ::I was in the branch today, Yes, the parking situation isn't ideal, but that's just how it is in the city. You can't want everything. I can't want to reach everything on foot but then complain when I have to walk there from the car. But that is now common practice in DE. Wanting everything and not having to do anything for it. I was thrilled with the service, super nice lady at the counter who was able to help competently and quickly. So keep it up!
