::This is the worst banking service I have ever had. I came with an online banking problem because the password in the email was wrong and I couldn't do anything. I went to reception and asked for help. Instead of addressing the situation and helping me, I was told they would send me an email with a new password, which would happen next week. Although I came to the bank a few days ago with the same problem and the woman couldn't help me either. Is this the way to treat customers? This is a disrespectful attitude from bank employees. Also, the woman didn't finish with me, instead she chatted with other customers and then left without saying a word. I was left alone in the hallway. This is just terrible customer service. Employees should work to resolve a problem with a customer first before moving on to another customer. It was unprofessional and humiliating for me.

::As a customer, I will go to another bank in the future. They advertise 3.75% interest for fixed investors, but not for customers but if the money flows from somewhere else and the customers get a much lower rate than the others. Therefore, I will invest my money somewhere else and empty my account so that the bank cannot benefit from my money. Thank you for 20 years as a customer.
