  Ich stand am Empfang an um WLAN für meinen Freund zu besorgen. Darauf hin bekam ich mit, wie sich ein Mitarbeiter im Hintergrund lautstark über ausländische Mitbürger auslässt. O-Ton: Die sollen zurück wo sie her kommen und erstmal richtig deutsch lernen. Unglaublich. Mein Freund war über mehrere Monate immer mal wieder im Klinikum und leider muss ich sagen, dass der Großteil des Empfangs sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit war.

  Teilweise wirklich unmöglich uneinfühlsames Personal (nicht alle! Aber viele!) Beschwerden werden einfach abgetan und man hat Pech. Wenn möglich also lieber in ein anderes Klinikum/zu einer anderen Gynäkologie

  Great clinic was 1 week there was very nice staff from doctor to nurse, all fully related to patients not like other hospitals where you are treated like in a factory or permanent warehouse. Room very clean as you would expect from a hospital. Food great and plentiful.

  Sleep Laboratory Review: I was treated extremely comprehensively and thoroughly with a difficult diagnosis here, doctor discussions over 40 minutes, sometimes even interdisciplinary with two doctors at the same time, clarification by telephone several times in advance and also afterwards, always with time for questions and advice! I was actively listened to and responded to. It wasn't let up until I could go home with a diagnosis. Many, many thanks to Ms. Dr. Consecration! In the six months up until then, I had already experienced that very differently ... All of the staff I encountered during my stays were friendly, helpful and accommodating, even when there was a lot to do!
