  Willful psychological torture by the nursing staff in the closed ward. And there is an alcoholic who works on Ward E who likes to vent his moods on the patient. One or the other employee there would need a psychiatrist himself, such as E.g. Dr. Nieber. He lives completely on another planet ... The only thing that comes to mind is the title of a book "Crazy - we treat the wrong people". I never go to this clinic again, you are much better off there in Kutzenberg. Just seen in the other comments here, in answers from the owner. Here one is used. Well, that's a thing ... And the answers are miles away from being professional.

  I have never seen a hospital like this in my life. The staff is rude and missed their job by far. I will never go there again in this hell.

  The evaluation only applies to the inpatient stay, so far I have only heard good things about the day clinic. The PIA facility next door also made a good impression on me. Sometimes unprofessional doctors who do not even know the half-life of the drugs. Individual treatment options are also rather a foreign concept here, money is saved wherever possible, whether on the food or the well-being of the patients. Cell phones are not allowed even in open wards, if only if you are allowed to leave the clinic for a short time, at strictly prescribed clock rides. This and much more is completely incomprehensible to me after several stays in other clinics. I am not saying that it is better everywhere, but this clinic is in the LOWEST category in every area in comparison.

  The day clinic is really very good. I had a great time there and learned a lot. I've been feeling much better since then. The nurses are very friendly, as are the doctors, psychologists and occupational therapists. Sport was always the absolute highlight. Was a lot of fun.

  My mother is currently a patient on ward e. I have to say, especially the male carers are very nice and listen to you. Indeed What is an absolute no go, and unfortunately the first face you see is the lady downstairs at reception. I've rarely seen something unfriendly.
