  I like to be a customer at VR Bank in Henstedt-Ulzburg. The staff are always friendly and the bank is very involved at the local level.

  Throwing out rent for a branch that is only open in the afternoons 2 days a week, I consider pure waste! Service desert at the VR Bank on the Rhen. My account here will be canceled by me after decades of existence. The Henstedt-Rhen branch is not even open in the afternoons 3 days a week, more precisely on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, that is not always advantageous for customers ....... I stood in front of the locked door because I accepted That the same opening times apply there as in the head office, that was admittedly my mistake. In my opinion, a bank that charges account management fees should be open in the afternoon. What do the employees do when it is closed, the question inevitably arises? What important activities are the employees busy with when the branch is closed in the afternoon? I'm curious about the bank's answer! If that doesn't turn out to be an own goal.

  I'm certainly not a conspiracy theorist, but I simply cannot imagine the latest reviews and their background. Be that as it may, VR Bank gives me excellent advice and support now and via its predecessor organization, is motivated, can be reached easily by phone and is ready to perform. She is not really to blame for the fact that she now seems to handle certain things in a manner that is supposedly unfriendly to customers, similar to other financial institutions. We're not complaining that we can get mortgage and consumer credit close to zero.
