  My review refers exclusively to the private station O24. My stay began when I was ordered at 6:30 a.m. Five other people were invited to the appointment at the same time as me. The nursing staff present didn't pay any attention to us; we were allowed to sit on the heating benches. When I politely asked after an hour's wait what the next steps would be, I was told in a more or less unfriendly tone that they would get back to me. That was the case shortly before 8:30 a.m. and I was assigned my room. Over the course of my 8-day stay on the ward, I met very friendly and helpful nursing staff. But some of the older female nursing staff in particular were so unfriendly, annoyed, unreliable and snotty. It was very clear to some nurses that they didn't enjoy their work and that dealing with patients was downright annoying. The employees from the optional services team are absolutely helpful and great! The medical team of Prof. Kübler and Dr. Seitz proved to be extremely competent and friendly. They were always available to answer questions and answered them with empathy and patience.

  Organizationally, it was a complete disaster. You have to be there on time for an appointment, but then make the patient wait pointlessly for hours. There is still a lot of room for improvement in this regard.

  I had a ureter implanted back into my bladder on September 22, 2023. The operation was carried out by Prof. Dr. Kübler with the Da Vinci. Urology at the Würzburg University Hospital (Prof. Dr. Kübler) was recommended to me by several people. I feel like I had a very good operation. It was worth driving to the clinic in Würzburg, which is further away. The staff at ward 024 is also competent and close to the patient. Thank you for everything!

  Thank you for everything, it was the best hospital stay I've ever had. Very friendly sisters, outstanding team and always helpful. Big praise for the food too. A selection like in a hotel. Everything great. Thank you👌

  You don't get any information about an operation on the weekend, something like that isn't possible, a patient has the right to be informed. You can't say anything negative about the nursing staff and the cleanliness. Something urgently needs to change in communication with doctor and patient.
