::First of all, I would like to make it clear that this assessment only concerns Mr K. from PlanetHome Potsdam. I cannot and would not allow myself to judge the company itself. Our endeavor with PlanetHome failed even before it really started. We were looking for a broker as we plan to sell our home in the near future. Mr. K. contacted us and we made an appointment for a first inspection. The appointment itself was very pleasant and our property was highly praised. The agent was also nice and friendly. The broker insisted on sending us the expose with an initial valuation of our house within a week. Since nothing happened after 3 weeks, I asked. In short, they apologized and assured that I will have everything on the table for the next few days. I waited 4 weeks now and nothing happened. Since a commission of +/- 25t € would go to the broker or the company through the sale, but it was not even possible to make an initial valuation, although we were assured of this twice, we ended the "cooperation". Sure, the sale of our property is in no hurry, but if something is promised to us twice and it is not kept, it is not a basis of trust for further steps and shows unprofessionalism. After all, this is about a lot of money. Unfortunately, I cannot make a recommendation afterwards. Since you have to assign at least one star here, I dedicate this time to the friendliness of the agent. But I can't say whether it was real either. Unfortunately, we only came across the reviews on trustpilot.com afterwards. Otherwise we would have turned to someone else. We are now looking for another broker. There is enough: o)

::From the outside, the company makes a very good and professional impression. Supervising broker Denis Schmidt. Gradually, documents were made available relatively promptly. The viewing appointment then unfortunately had to be requested twice, i.e. it only took place 3-4 weeks after the request. Small group inspection with 2-3 interested parties per time window, was ok. supervising broker Denis Schmidt was open and came across as honest. Only when it came to the subject of there won't be any negotiations did I find it a bit strange. Every interested party should submit their offer if they want to submit one. Then, however, you were informed by email, without being asked, that an offer for sum X was already available. So in my eyes it is a hidden auction. In the end there were probably 2 interested parties. The bid shouldn't be higher, I thought the announcement was fair. What was not loyal and fair, however, has to be communicated to the interested party only 4 days after the decision has been made. You have to note that the time stamp was pressed a lot when the invitation to the visit and then again during the visit itself. Until then and then you have to show financing, etc. where the declaration of division is simply missing and there is no draft purchase contract as the purchase price is not yet available. Overall a good broker, but the business practices behind it strikes me as very strange. Conditionally recommended.
