::Unfortunately today I had to go to the BV on business at Friedrich Ebert str. and inquired about the opening times on the Internet in advance. This according to 9:00 am - 6:00 pm but unfortunately only on the Internet because the reality was unfortunately different. Shortened opening times from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. as posted on the front door. Great thing after I bought a parking ticket. Conclusion: Billions of companies and not able to provide the simplest services to customers. A star because you can't do without it.
