  The hotel is comfortable and luxurious but the only thing I didn’t enjoy is that bathrooms have no lock so anyone can come in.

  Great luxery hotel in very good location. Everything was great, starting with a warm welcome from the Valet, quick check-in, beautiful general areas, room size and standard. Feeling tired, go to the spa and relax and make sure to start the day with a very taste full breakfast! If something was missing, just as the staff and they will fix it for you. Both Ice and shaving kit arrived within minutes. Overall a great stay!

  Fantastic hotel, best hotel in Hamburg. Location is perfect in the centre of town. Food and service are both outstanding. The restaurant has a small garden where u can have breakfast in the sunshine. Rooms are spacious and the finish is amazing. Bang and Olufsen audio video equipment is standard in all rooms. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Make sure to visit the pool, as it is stunning.

  Fantastic hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff (especially Sophie Muenster and the Concierge Team - very kind and efficient). Good gym and excellent Club Lounge. One of the better Park Hyatt’s and all at very reasonable prices! Reward your staff, well done!
