  I was expecting a much better experience of it. In the first room the heating was broken, they change our room for another in which that was working, but even so it was kind of cold. The bar is very good though, good drinks well served, good service.

  I stayed at the hotel over a year ago, it was a lovely experience. The staff first mixed my luggage’s with another guest, it took a while as no one knows where my luggages went. But after the problem was fixed, they apologized a couple of times and provided free voucher to the bar. I also enjoyed the room which is not the conventional layout but with bright sunlight. Location is great with many restaurants and bars and supermarkets.

  Location close to u Bahn for easy transport. Nice and helpful staff. Parking cellar is a tight fit for bigger sedans Expensive drinks in the bar Shower becomes too hot when toilet is flushed. Most staff speaks English

  Absolutely beautiful place. Bathtub, fitness, Sauna & friendly Staff in the center of Hamburg. You can't ask for more :)

  Stayed at ARCOTEL Rubin Hamburg for an event. Room was OK, kind of boring with white walls and hard lined furniture. No floor heating in the bathroom, only an infrared lamp in the cealing. It was pretty cold the first day. Breakfast and lunch buffet are pretty good. The staff however were very nice and gave great service when asked. I forgot a toothbrush and was able to borrow 5€ from the guy at the reception to buy one at the kiosk across the street.
