  The attention of the people from the hotel was good, able to help and really kind on the phone. The problem was when we got there, we asked for an early check-in that on the phone was approved but once we were there it was denied, the rooms are old and my biggest surprise was that it is the first hotel I've ever seen that has no coffee...

  Disappointing. The hotel is good located and the personnel was kind and that's all. We paid for a comfort room and expected a lot more.The hygiene was not very good, especially the toilet and the towels. I didn't take my own shampoo, body wash etc. because nowadays every hotel has.. here it was hand soap, shampoo and body wash in one, which is ridiculous. My boyfriend wanted to get a coffee, but they didn't have any, there was no mini bar in the room and no room service either.

  Nice hotel but impregnated with cigarette smoke in most of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here. (Reply to their response - it wasn't just the room but public areas were smoky too. The whole time we were there people were smoking at the front door and at the bar back door. It infiltrated everywhere. People coming from countries where no smoking at all permitted will find it all very unpleasant. To allow any smoking in any room ever is unheard of in most countries. Apart from the smell what about the fire risk?)
