::I had a knee replacement in 2022 and a shoulder joint arthroscopy in April 2024. The medical preparations for me and information were excellent, detailed and understandable. I would also like to particularly praise the nursing treatments, I don't know what could have been improved here. If necessary, I will choose this clinic again. The waiting area should be mentioned as a negative; the waiting times there, up to 5 hours, are actually unreasonable.

::After being referred to the Sanderbusch Northwest Hospital by a specialist, I was received by the senior physician in general surgery without any long waiting times and examined by him. He took enough time to explain to me in detail. The inpatient admission was just as quick and professional. After the operation, all the doctors, nurses and carers took competent care of me. It couldn't be better, so I can only recommend the hospital, especially this department, and would like to thank everyone involved again.

::The emergency room is a complete disaster! If it's really serious, definitely go somewhere else! We waited ten (!!!!) hours to be admitted to the hospital with acute cancer findings and despite multiple hypoglycemia levels below 50 and pain due to the poor findings, no help or a doctor came. There was no drink or a small meal even though we couldn't enter the ward The poor 92-year-old lady next to us was put to a warm heater in the treatment room after 8 hours without any request, where she fell asleep exhausted. Simply inhumane and unbelievable.
