  Very small room, breakfast on sunday means no clean table to sit at.. Awful.. It dont matter where you put your towel, they take it each day. If you want a cool, cold room! Forget it.. They will close the Windows each time...

  AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Very small rooms, bathroom is very dirty and old. An old person cannot take a shower because the shower has a really high step and it is very dangerous. A fat person cannot take a shower because the door crashed with the water pile. Theres are no pillows in the rooms just big huge cushions which damage your neck. The breakfast is small. Disaster hostel

  We had an issue with the reservation, which was well handled by the hotel on arrival. Good neat rooms and good service and fine breakfast

  The hotel was easy to find, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. All the staff I ran into were very hospitable, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I had was the perfect size for a single guest for a short stay. The only issues I had was that the room was a little stuffy, even with the open window, making it a little uncomfortable, but bearable. And there was a small issue with the wifi, but one quick stop at the front desk and they were able to fix things for me. Overall a nice place to stay in Frankfurt, outside the city center, for a reasonable price. If I ever visit Frankfurt again I would definitely stay here again.
