  Great Hotel, in the middle of the forest, there is no shops nearby but still a great place

  Loved my stay!! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Easy to get to city center on the S-bahn. Very highly recommend!!

  The staff are wonderful - but the hotel is not up to Hyatt JdV Brand Standards. This would be an excellent value/budget property in suburban Frankfurt; but, it is marketed by Hyatt as an upscale brand resulting in expectations not being met.

  Very nice room. Close to the airport, however when the window is closed you almost can't hear the airplanes fly over. The hotel is situated in a real quit environment. Even saw a deer crossing the road. Nice breakfast. 2 remarks: - I loved the kicker tables for recreational use. But please maintain them. As someone who has one myself, my heart ached. Fix the screws of the legs, oil the bars sometimes and get some decent balls (maybe cork), ask a deposit, and give it back when the ball is returned. - The parking. What a disaster. No possibility to pay with a card, and the machine had much trouble to accept any bills or even coins. No bill of 20, 10 or 2 euro coins were accepted. Tried in total more than 10 pieces. In the end I had to go back to the hotel, fix it there.

  I took this hotel because it is nearby to the Airport. Very nice staff. Room big and spacious. Funny toilet with a lamp that is warming. Shower super. Bed very good. Breakfast: everything I require. Eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, coffe, juices, yoghurt, fruits etc. If I come back in Frankfurt I will book here again.
